DECADENCE
(SCOPE)
Branding
Product design
Decadence is a small-batch fragrance house built around a single amber signature scent before expanding its line. The identity needed to feel intimate and a little secretive — closer to a private atelier than a department-store counter.

(CHALLENGE)
I developed the full visual identity — wordmark, packaging, and a moody photographic direction — built to hold up in low light, on a shelf, and in a five-second scroll.
(OUTCOME)
The first bottle sold out its opening batch in nine days, with the brand's own photography widely reshared by customers online — something the founder hadn't budgeted for.
